Context
LG Household & Health Care BAS environments combine domestic sales channels such as road shops, department stores, marts, duty-free, field sales, and mass retail with overseas subsidiary systems. Stable maintenance alone was not enough; the work required simultaneous improvement and new delivery aligned with changing business conditions.
